Orientation and Mobility SpecialistReliable Health Care Services is hiring a compassionate and skilled Orientation and Mobility Specialist to support Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS) in Las Vegas, NV. This role is vital to helping children from birth to age three with visual impairments or developmental delays gain safe and confident mobility skills in their natural environments.You'll be part of a mission-driven team, traveling to homes, community settings, and rural areas to ensure families across southern Nevada receive high-quality early intervention services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-home and community-based assessments for infants and toddlers with developmental delaysDevelop and implement individualized Orientation & Mobility plans to promote safe navigation and independenceCollaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams as part of the IFSP processDocument services and progress per state and NEIS guidelinesTravel to rural and remote areas of southern Nevada to deliver servicesRequired Qualifications:ACVREP Certification (Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals)Valid Driver's LicenseComfortable with travel to rural communitiesPediatric experience is a plus, but not requiredCommitment to family-centered care and early developmental supportBenefits:W2 employment through Reliable Health CareFlexible scheduleHealth, Dental, and Vision benefits for full-time employeesPTO with annual increasesContinuing Education & Professional Development reimbursementsNo-cost professional liability insuranceSince 1991, Reliable Health Care Services has proudly connected dedicated medical and allied health professionals with both public and private healthcare programs.
