Job Description:

• Candidate will have strong experience developing and managing comprehensive test plans while partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• This role requires the ability to lead change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, and organizational readiness planning.
• The candidate will also be responsible for creating and executing release and deployment plans that minimize business disruption and support seamless adoption.
• Experience planning and managing customer-facing cutovers is essential, including coordinating cross-functional teams and mitigating implementation risks.
• Preference is for candidates with a background in change management within customer support or service-oriented environments, where customer experience and operational continuity are critical to success.
