Organizational Change Management Consultant

To support a large-scale ServiceNow ITSM deployment, the long-term contract Organizational Change Management Consultant will design and execute change management strategies, conduct stakeholder analyses, and develop communication plans while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify affected groups and adoption risks Develop and manage communications plans, including drafting and distributing change-related content Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of dedicated organizational change management experience focused on large-scale technology transformation Demonstrated experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications planning Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end change strategies within complex, matrixed organizations Prior experience in a consulting environment supporting technology-driven transformation programs
