Organizational Change Management ConsultantBaer is looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 12+ month Federal project located in Oklahoma City, OK. Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant Location: Onsite - Oklahoma City, OK (Mon-Thur) Duration: 12 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2CRole Overview: We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to support change initiatives related to the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system. This role focuses on helping end users effectively adopt and use MRO in their daily work while supporting broader organizational change efforts.Description:Provide direct support to end users in completing tasks within the MRO systemAssist in planning and executing organizational change management activitiesIdentify key stakeholders and influencers across teamsCommunicate changes clearly to ensure understanding and adoptionSupport employee engagement and readiness for new processesIdentify risks and challenges and help implement mitigation strategiesRequirements:Experience working with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) systemsBackground in aircraft maintenance or related industryFamiliarity with change management principles or methodologiesExperience supporting organizational change initiativesAbility to conduct training sessions, workshops, or user support activitiesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsBachelor's degree (BS or BA)Company Overview: Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
