The Senior Consultant will independently manage workstreams, contribute to practice results, and lead junior staff while delivering high-quality, client-ready products. The ideal candidate combines expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and facilitation with strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.Lead and support organizational design and restructuring efforts, including current/future state design, governance models, and transition planningDevelop and implement change and organization development strategies aligned with client mission, workforce requirements, and operating modelsDesign and deliver leadership development programs, including competency models, coaching frameworks, and executive workshopsFacilitate team effectiveness workshops, including strategic planning sessions, team charters, and conflict resolution engagementsConduct organizational assessments (e.g., culture, workforce, readiness, and capability assessments) and translate findings into actionable recommendationsManage day-to-day project activities, including planning, task execution, quality assurance, and deliverable developmentBuild and maintain strong client relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholdersMentor junior consultants, providing guidance and feedbackIdentify opportunities for process improvement and innovationSupport business development through proposals and thought leadershipWhat You Will Need:Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field3–5+ years of consulting or relevant experience in organizational development or transformationDemonstrated experience planning and supporting organizational redesigns, reorganizations, or operating model transformationsExperience designing and delivering leadership development programs and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to translate complex organizational challenges into structured, actionable solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience managing project workstreams and junior team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level deliverablesAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e.
