To build and scale organic growth initiatives across the Mode Mobile portfolio, the full-time Organic Growth Manager will manage influencer partnerships, design viral growth loops, and develop an organic content strategy in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own and scale organic growth efforts, starting primarily with NGL and expanding to other apps Manage influencer, creator, and UGC partnerships, including sourcing and negotiating relationships Design and test viral growth loops and build an organic/social content strategy using AI tools Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in organic growth, influencer marketing, or social-led growth for consumer apps Proven track record of running successful influencer and organic growth programs Strong understanding of app growth loops and dynamics of short-form/social platforms Data-informed approach to linking organic activities to acquisition and retention metrics Self-starter with excellent communication and creator-relationship skills
