University of Rochester seeks a Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator to respond to organ donor referrals, evaluate donors in the ICU, allocate organs per UNOS/OPTN policy, and coordinate organ and tissue recovery with hospitals. This full-time remote role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing or related Allied Health field and 2 years ICU/pre-hospital experience.
On-call availability is required (15 days per month, including 2 weekends). CPTC certification must be obtained within 2 years.
