Supporting the infrastructure and operations of crisis lines, the full-time Oregon Licensed Systems Support Analyst will manage systems functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance processes while working remotely with occasional in-office options. Key responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on Crisis Lines systems, troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions Maintain and update SharePoint sites and operational forms to ensure accurate information access for staff Coordinate staffing functions, including schedule creation and supporting time off requests in alignment with organizational policies Required qualifications: Experience coordinating complex schedules Proficiency in web-based computer environments and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to prepare reports and think analytically Experience in maintaining confidentiality and integrity in sensitive situations
