Providing on-call support remotely, the Oregon Licensed Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment recommendations, and crisis interventions for acute patients through a Telehealth platform. Key responsibilities Assess and triage patients via telehealth across various demographics and medical conditions Conduct psychosocial assessments in emergency department and inpatient settings Provide a full range of clinical social work consult services, including discharge planning and therapeutic interventions Required qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire 5 years post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting Experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably EPIC
