Oregon Licensed Remote Therapist

To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and accessing clinical leadership for support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment
