To provide quality patient and family-centered care, the part-time Oregon Licensed Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in a hybrid setting, working onsite on Fridays and remotely 1-2 days each week at the Family Care Clinic in East Bend, Oregon. Key responsibilities: Assess patient needs and formulate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in compliance with organizational policies Provide nursing supervision and support continuity of care by effectively communicating patient status to other caregivers Required qualifications: Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Oregon AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred: Minimum one (1) year nursing experience
