Providing telehealth services for addiction and mental health care, the part-time or full-time Oregon Licensed PMHNP will conduct evaluations, deliver evidence-based treatment, and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions Required Qualifications Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Oregon At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges
