Key responsibilities Perform initial reviews of requests for pharmacy and medical service coverage, documenting decision processes accurately Assist with daily Medication Management program responsibilities, coordinating with members, pharmacies, and providers Maintain compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and internal policies while providing excellent customer service Required qualifications Current National and Oregon Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) licensure 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician Fluent in pharmaceutical and medical terminology Proficient in MS Office and data entry skills No suspension or exclusion from federal health care programs
