Providing strategic and operational leadership for pharmacy services, the full-time Oregon Licensed Pharmacy Director will ensure compliance with state regulations, oversee Pharmacy Benefit Management operations, and implement cost-containment strategies in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Directs pharmacy services and business strategy in partnership with Pharmacy Benefit Management programs Maintains pharmacy benefit operations, including formulary management and drug utilization programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements Leads process improvement initiatives and collaborates with various departments to enhance pharmacy care quality and access Required qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree Five (5+) years of Pharmacy Benefit experience Three (3+) years of experience supervising teams Active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) Oregon license or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire Preferred experience in Medicaid Managed Care and knowledge of Oregon CCO model and OHA pharmacy policies
