Seeking an Oregon Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LCSW/LPC) for a full-time remote position, responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing outpatient therapy for various mental health diagnoses while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, and trauma Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, and other support services Required qualifications: Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed professional Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels Telehealth experience preferred
