To support disability claim decisions, the full-time Oregon Licensed Nurse Case Manager will assess medical information and treatment plans while collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Review medical records and treatment plans to assess functional capacity and disability duration Consult with claim professionals and healthcare providers to evaluate medical conditions and treatment appropriateness Collaborate with claimants, physicians, and employers to support recovery and return-to-work plans Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field 4+ years of clinical nursing, case management, or related healthcare experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in reviewing medical records and assessing disability-related medical conditions Ability to obtain a Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Certified Professional Disability Management (CPDM) designation within two years of hire
