Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide therapeutic services to older adults, utilizing evidence-based approaches and developing personalized treatment plans in a hybrid remote setting. Key responsibilities Collaborate with a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to provide services to the senior population Develop and update treatment plans while ensuring compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines Conduct group therapy sessions, along with individual and family therapy as needed, and assist with community education Required qualifications Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW) Experience working with older adults, particularly in addressing depression and anxiety related to aging Ability to work collaboratively and with accountability to enhance the quality of life for patients Willingness to engage in peer-to-peer training and support Successful completion of a full background check, which may include drug testing
