To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist will deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly, focusing on psychoeducation and skill-building for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges in a fully remote telehealth environment. Key responsibilities Deliver group sessions using evidence-based curriculum while fostering client engagement and group cohesion Review assigned curriculum prior to sessions and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings and document client interactions within a 24-hour timeframe Required qualifications Master's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling) Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon Experience with multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) in intensive treatment settings Able to work with a diverse population, including clients aged 8-64 Proficient in facilitating engaging virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection
