Managing the end-to-end processing of mortgage loans, the full-time Oregon Licensed Loan Processor will ensure accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional borrower experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and audit loan submissions for accuracy and completeness Order and manage third-party services, collaborating with underwriters and Loan Officers to prepare files for closing Maintain knowledge of loan products and investor requirements while managing an active loan pipeline to meet target closing dates Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing and/or basic underwriting experience Experience with loan products including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage loan origination systems 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
