Oregon Licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist

To support clients during acute mental health crises, a part-time Oregon Licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist will monitor crisis queues, conduct real-time risk assessments, and collaborate with the clinical team to develop intervention plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor crisis queues and respond to inbound crisis calls for real-time risk assessment and safety planning Screen clients at risk of harm and collaborate on stabilization planning Complete required documentation and serve as a key point of contact during client group sessions Required qualifications Must reside and be licensed in the state of Oregon Independently licensed clinician with previous crisis intervention experience preferred Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week with flexible scheduling Passionate about mental health and capable of performing in a high-paced environment Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools and software such as Gmail, Slack, and Zoom
