Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Oregon Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, conducting risk assessments and crisis interventions while working remotely from Oregon. Key responsibilities Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems while multitasking Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Oregon residency required for remote work Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for remote work Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program
