Providing pharmaceutical care to patients, the part-time Oregon Licensed Community Pharmacist will ensure the accurate preparation, storage, and distribution of medications while adhering to safety and compliance standards in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Ensures safety and quality of care in all pharmacy operations Provides medication counseling, monitoring, and patient assessments Maintains accurate computerized medication profiles and oversees pharmacy technicians Required qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy Current registration by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy Preferred: PharmD. or completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 residency training Preferred: Any certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Preferred: Six months or more of retail pharmacy experience
