To support patient care coordination, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Support RN will manage patient message triage through an electronic medical record system, focusing on reviewing and responding to patient portal messages in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage patient portal message queues and clinical inboxes Assess patient needs using clinical judgment and established protocols, prioritizing messages based on urgency Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to ensure timely patient care and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR Required qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Oregon One year of patient care experience required Advanced knowledge and competence in skills related to patient care performance Strong personal work habits and self-management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful team interactions
