Oregon Licensed Clinical Intake Therapist

To support a growing practice, the remote Oregon Licensed Clinical Intake Therapist will meet with clients upon admission, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and establish treatment needs while working flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Key responsibilities Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for clients of various ages and mental health concerns Determine appropriateness for the virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) and construct provisional mental health diagnoses Collaborate with referral sources and document client information in accordance with regulatory standards Required qualifications Independent license preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure Experience with a wide range of ages, including children and adults, is preferred Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency Access to reliable technology resources for telehealth services
