To support clients navigating mental health challenges, the part-time Oregon Licensed Care Coach will engage in 1:1 peer discussions, provide skill-based interventions, and assist with risk screenings while working remotely. Key responsibilities Engages clients in discussions to align treatment goals and ensure attendance in programming Provides skill-based interventions to stabilize clients during heightened stress moments Conducts risk screenings and safety planning, escalating to crisis clinicians as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred 2nd year Master's students or individuals with experience working with young adults and adolescents preferred At least 1 year of experience in mental health peer support, mentoring, or as a mental health associate preferred Must reside in Oregon and have availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week Proficiency with cloud-based communication tools and Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
