Providing trauma-informed support to youth and families involved in foster care, the full-time Oregon Licensed Behavioral Health Trainer will develop social and emotional skills for children aged 3-18 while collaborating with caregivers and community partners in a hybrid remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver individualized skills training to youth and families to enhance stability and resilience Maintain a small caseload to ensure personalized support and effective service coordination Collaborate with treatment providers, schools, and community partners to promote positive outcomes Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of relevant experience, with additional education potentially substituting for experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance Certification in CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Tier 1 Collaborative Problem Solving (provided by an agency) Satisfactory results from fingerprinting and background checks
