Ordering Coordinator - On-siteGenesis10 is currently seeking an Ordering Coordinator - On-site for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a Leading Technology Company located in Columbus, OH.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour, W2Overview: The Ordering Coordinator is responsible for submitting, processing, and completing various wireless device and service orders across multiple web- and email-based platforms while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Working as part of the Ordering Team, this role manages several primary clients and requires a high level of attentiveness, adaptability, and effective communication through various channels. This position may require obtaining various security clearance levels and completing additional tasks as assigned.Key Responsibilities:Monitor incoming requests for mobile devices, equipment, and related servicesInterpret customer requests and submit equipment or service orders to vendorsUtilize company-specific databases to accurately document and track order informationPerform daily follow-up on existing orders to ensure requests are completed accurately and in a timely mannerApply critical thinking and available resources to proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delaysServe as a liaison between customers and vendors to resolve issues and address concernsDocument each request and transaction from initiation through completionManage equipment and service orders for multiple clients simultaneouslyBuild and maintain strong relationships with federal and commercial clientsRespond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and related servicesPrepare and provide weekly status reports to management on assigned workAssist with operational tasks to support the Logistics team and ensure smooth client operationsSupport the Shipping Department by identifying and processing ordersPerform other related duties as assignedPrimary Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree preferredAt least six (6) months of experience in wireless communicationsGeneral knowledge of smartphone devices, mobile technologies, and wireless servicesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, customer service, and technical support skillsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
