Feel the Pella Passion!Job DescriptionThe Order Verification Specialist will be charged with the timely completion of the order verification process, for each replacement order in his/her assigned area of responsibility. The primary function of this position is to gather correct job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with our homeowner customers. This position may also assist with installation recovery work as needed.Primary FunctionsKnowledgeable on all aspects of the OV process including but not limited to products, cost control, obtaining accurate measurements, installation methods, and identifying challenges for installation crews through inspectionsCommunicates effectively with customers to set realistic expectations of the Pella Installation ProcessConducts job site inspections for water intrusion, rot, mold, and other issues and work to resolve discovered issues with the homeownerConfirms job site suitabilityTimely and detailed submission of required materials, photos, inspections, and useful other documentationControls cost of projects and recoveriesWorks with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless order fulfillmentMaintain upkeep of company vehicle and report any issues to managerRequired SkillsStrong construction knowledgeExcellent customer serviceCommunication skills: written, verbal and listeningGood time management and organizational skillsAdaptabilityAbility to multi-taskProficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices and ability to learn internal software programs and applicationsExperienced in taking and recording accurate measurementsValid driver's license with clean driving record and backgroundPella Mid-Atlantic performs background checks and drug screens on all candidates.
