Leading the transformation of Order to Cash processes, the full-time remote Order to Cash Manager will define future state workflows, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure the integration of finance processes across the organization. Key responsibilities Support the transformation team by managing the design, development, and implementation of global OTC processes, including customer master data and accounts receivable Lead process design meetings with internal subject matter resources and third-party vendors to ensure effective implementation and release of OTC processes Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify integration points and ensure compliance with global processes and local regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Proven experience in OTC processes such as Credit, Collections, and Cash Application Strong knowledge of SAP SD, FI-AR, or FSCM systems Experience leading cross-functional teams and workshops to achieve consensus Analytical skills to perform complex dispute and receivables analysis
