Order Resolution SpecialistThe Order Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving order discrepancies and ensuring accurate, timely completion of customer orders across warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse, inventory, customer service, and sales teams to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolution to completion.This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve order discrepancies related to picking, inventory, surplus orders, repairs, and RMAsReview order details and identify issues related to quantities, condition, or fulfillment accuracyCoordinate with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment teams to correct discrepanciesCommunicate updates and resolutions internally to ensure smooth order processingWork closely with Order Fulfillment, Receiving, and Inventory teams to maintain workflow accuracyAssist in resolving issues related to missing or mislabeled inventorySupport continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutionsMaintain accurate documentation and tracking of issues and resolutions within internal systemsPrioritize workload to ensure timely completion of critical order issuesPerform other duties, tasks, or work as assignedQualificationsDetail oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong problem-solving abilities. Computer literate with ability to learn internal systems. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.Knowledge & Skills RequiredStrong computer proficiency. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills.Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or logistics preferred.

Experience with inventory systems or order management systems preferred.Physical DemandsOccasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Frequent walking. Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion. Lifting requirements based on operational needs.CompensationThe recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $20.00–$22.50 per hour.
