Order PullerOrder Puller Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain a safe and clean work areaAdhere to company and policies and proceduresUse Windows-based PC, including but not limited to email, shipping programs, and Axapta programsPick parts from warehouse locations to fill customer orders, using the packing listUse several types of material handling equipment, pallet jacks, push carts, hand truck, fork truck, and RF bar code reading system (only after training/certification for each)Pack parts in appropriate packaging for shipmentUnload material from trucks using fork truck and/or pallet jackUse a reach truck or stand-up forklift to pick orders (will train, 1st shift only)Verify received material to attached packing list and location in warehouse pallet racks, bin racks, and floor locationsBuild kits according to production work ordersProduce kits according to production work ordersProduce kits in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations and demandPosition parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprintsFasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fastenersOrder Puller Requirements:High school diploma or GEDContinuous lifting or moving of lightweight materials 10-25 pounds; must be able to infrequently lift to 50 poundsContinuous bending, stretching, and walking on cement floorsAbility to operate forklift (may be trained)Experience working with box cutter; will be using box cutters throughout shiftWarehouse is not climate controlled; dress appropriately for different seasonsQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
