Newhaven Display is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to support customer communication and order processing in a structured, detail-driven environment.
This is not a routine data entry role. Our order processes vary based on customer requirements, inventory, and logistics. You will act as a key point of contact for customers while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and product inquiries Work closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory and meet delivery timelines Support general customer service needs and assist with issue resolution
1+ year of experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
