Requirements and Job Duties
- 6+ months of warehouse picking, packing, or fulfillment experience
- Ability to stand entire shift and lift, carry, push, and pull 25-50 pounds
- Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Commitment to safety procedures and quality control standards
- Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and equipment (scanners, carts, pallet jacks, if applicable)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Team-oriented with a positive, dependable work ethic
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and equipment
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and productive workspace
