Order Management SpecialistOur client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join their team. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Operations team supporting order fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Milpitas, CAPay Range: $40Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to FridayWhat's the Job?Support end-to-end order fulfillment, including forecasting, manufacturing slot requests, booking, shipment, and revenue recognition.Serve as the primary contact for order placement and administration for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.Maintain accurate sales orders in Oracle EBS and assist with quotations based on sales and marketing input.Review and organize order documentation such as POs, quotes, technical specs, NDAs, and T&Cs to ensure clean bookings and proper revenue recognition.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, legal, and supply chain to resolve order issues and ensure compliance with company policies.What's Needed?At least 1 year of order management experience or equivalent business experience.Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience with ERP tools such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Oracle CPQ is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; PowerPoint and Power BI exposure is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across different time zones.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.Engage in meaningful cross-functional initiatives that impact business success.Develop your skills in ERP systems and sales operations.Join a supportive team committed to professional growth.Be part of a company that values diversity and inclusion.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
