As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers over the phone and provide quick and courteous responses to their needs. - Provide over the phone customers to doctors and nurses
- Efficient order entry and follow-up
- Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
- Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Must work with urgency and timeliness
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
- Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
- Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
