Owning the order execution process for client requests, the full-time Order Activation Specialist will ensure accurate, on-time bookings and compliance, contributing to a seamless installation experience while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage the intake and processing of contract adjustments from submission through order booking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Provision purchased subscriptions and entitlements, verifying feature configurations match customer contracts Validate deal requests against internal policies, routing transactions and flagging exceptions for review Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Deal Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology company Experience with quoting in Salesforce CRM and at least one CPQ platform (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub) Strong understanding of SaaS deal structures and subscription pricing models Aptitude for rapid learning and applying new processes in fast-paced environments Ability to manage multiple deals under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
