Oral Surgeon

The Staff Pad is seeking a PRN Oral Surgeon to join a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) organization in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves performing restorative and exodontia dental procedures under general anesthesia for pediatric and special needs patients. The opportunity offers a collaborative ASC-based practice environment focused on safe, high-quality, and accessible patient care.

Practice Info

• Practice in a pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment
• Specialize in restorative and exodontia dental procedures for pediatric and special needs patients performed under general anesthesia
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
• Work within a close-knit, multidisciplinary surgical team
• Supportive ASC-based practice environment within a growing organization

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a fast-paced ASC environment
• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, high-quality care for each patient
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
• Collaborate with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical team members

Shift & Schedule

• PRN
• No Call, Weekends or Holidays

Requirements

• Licensed Oral Surgeon with appropriate state licensure
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Current BLS certification
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification (within 6 months of hire)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team
• National Board certification strongly preferred
• Comfort practicing across various anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
