Position Summary

The Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeonis responsible forevaluating, diagnosing, and treating diseases, injuries, and defects involving the mouth, jaws, face, head, and neck. This role requires advanced surgicalexpertise, exceptional clinical judgment, and a commitment to providing safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

As an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will:

  • Perform a broad range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedureswith clinical autonomy. Potential exists forhospital basedsurgery and traumacallif desired.

Qualifications

Required

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
  • Current state dental license or eligibility for licensure.
  • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • GA permitto administer IV sedation and/or general anesthesia.
  • Excellent surgical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and clinical excellence.

Preferred

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Experience with All-on-X and full-arch implant rehabilitation.
  • Interestin mentoring, leadership, andpracticegrowth initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with referring providers.
