Position Summary
The Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeonis responsible forevaluating, diagnosing, and treating diseases, injuries, and defects involving the mouth, jaws, face, head, and neck. This role requires advanced surgicalexpertise, exceptional clinical judgment, and a commitment to providing safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
As an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will:
- Perform a broad range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedureswith clinical autonomy. Potential exists forhospital basedsurgery and traumacallif desired.
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- Current state dental license or eligibility for licensure.
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- GA permitto administer IV sedation and/or general anesthesia.
- Excellent surgical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and clinical excellence.
Preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Experience with All-on-X and full-arch implant rehabilitation.
- Interestin mentoring, leadership, andpracticegrowth initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building skills with referring providers.
