Responsibilities
- Perform history and dental examination
- Admit, evaluate, diagnose and provide nonsurgical and surgical care to patients of all ages
- Provide care for illnesses, injuries, and disorders of both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the hard and soft tissues of the oral and maxillofacial regions
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $473,726 - $613,057 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs

Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a residency log (for recent graduates) or a quality profile from current hospitals showing clinical activity for the past 24 months (for experienced applicants)
- If a quality profile is not available, documentation of clinical and outpatient activity for the past 24 months is required
- Applicant must be able to demonstrate active involvement in the clinical aspects of Oral & Maxillofacial surgery and case volumes should show performance of at least 100 procedures in the past 24 months
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated oral & maxillofacial surgical residency program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)
- Current certification in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery OR successful completion of an accredited residency in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery and active participation in the examination process with achievement of certification within 5 years of completion of formal training
