Responsibilities

• Leading strategic direction and business development efforts within Oracle technology consulting


• Overseeing installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products and solutions


• Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success


• Shaping client engagements and maintaining executive-level client relations to maximize satisfaction


• Mentoring the next generation of leaders and fostering a collaborative environment


• Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive


• Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership


• Solving complex problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity


• Balancing long-term, short-term, detail-oriented, and big picture thinking


• Making strategic choices and driving change by addressing system-level enablers

Qualifications

• At least 7 to 11 years of experience Oracle Technical


• Oral and written proficiency in English required


• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains


• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)


• Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights


• Embracing strategic technology planning for business transformation


• Leading process improvement and optimization initiatives


• Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members
