Right Price.Title: Oracle SCM Project ManagerLocation: Branford CT (Onsite)Full time Permanent RoleSalary: $150K to $170K plus benefitsBenefits:Flexible workHealthcare including dental, vision, mental health, and well-being programsFinancial well-being programs such as 401(k) and Employee Share Ownership PlanPaid time off and paid holidaysPaid parental leaveFamily building benefits like adoption assistance, surrogacy, and cryopreservationSocial well-being benefits like subsidized back-up child/elder care and tutoringMentoring, coaching and learning programsEmployee Resource GroupsDisaster ReliefThe Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to deliver Oracle Cloud SCM projects that address clients' business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams, including onshore/offshore members.Your role:Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussionsReview and/or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solutionExperience with Oracle Cloud SCM as well as Finance, HCM & EPM.Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirementsOffer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilitiesUse technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovationsDefine solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessionsWork with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery - estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to efficiently implement project; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk.Act as a mentor to Leads and AnalystsContribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.Your skills and experience:Ability to deliver Oracle Cloud Project >$5M as Project Manager with multiple tracks.10+ yrs of working in Oracle implementation, EBS + CloudShould have delivered at least 2 Oracle Cloud projects in Project Manager Capacity >$3M in fees.Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.Why Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
