Role Overview

We are seeking an AI-First Engineer with deep Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) expertise to transform how enterprise SCM applications are designed, developed, tested, deployed, and supported.

This role is tailored for an engineer who consistently leverages artificial intelligence technologies across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to drive measurable delivery outcomes—including reduced cycle times, higher code quality, accelerated deployments, and lower testing effort.

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Architecture & Design: Apply AI capabilities to accelerate requirements analysis, technical specification drafting, and solution design.
• AI Code Generation & Refactoring: Drive AI-powered development, refactoring, and modernization initiatives across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS environments.
• AI-Driven Testing & QA: Leverage AI-assisted testing frameworks to streamline test automation, regression strategies, and quality assurance.
• DevOps & Operational Efficiency: Implement AI-enabled code reviews, automated documentation generation, and faster production issue resolution.

Technical Qualifications

• Oracle SCM Expertise: Deep hands-on development and technical experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS applications.
• AI Engineering Tools: Proficiency with GitHub Copilot , Agentic AI frameworks , Prompt Engineering , and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• SDLC Integration: Proven track record of adopting AI-assisted developer workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and software delivery pipelines.
