Oracle Sales Cloud Business Relationship ManagerThe Oracle Sales Cloud Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with Vertiv Sales Organization in regard to the Opportunity to Order processes supported by the Oracle Sales Cloud applications team. He/She will be the driving systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of Sales Organization relationships in order to target and improve system performance and alignment to business and users needs.Key DutiesAlign with various stakeholders on goals and strategies, so to effectively implement and deploy Oracle CX Cloud that satisfy Vertiv Sales Organization and improve business objectivesMaintenance of the various process documentation and prioritizing tasks to ensure they meet deadlines and leadership satisfactionDevelops strategies to better engage with the Sales Organization and support customer satisfaction goals.Data management and collection for reporting development, regarding system performance and satisfactionSupport deployment of system enhancements, service requests (change requests) ensuring solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify/document functional gapsCoordinate regression and integration testing when there is a new release as well as in any situation when quick or detailed testing is a must.Lead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidentsAnalyze production configuration issuesGenerate and maintain documentation for changes made to systems.Collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfrontEscalate issues and requests to vendor or implementation partner and ensure timely resolution.Work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks.Conduct ongoing quality reviews and analysis of data in Oracle Sales Cloud. Identifies data quality issues and escalates for corrective actionAct as liaison with other IT support teams, on the Opportunity to order domain, covering: configurators, workflow toolsStrong functional knowledge in the sales space, for large manufacturing organizationsSchool Background / Working Seniority5-7 years of experience supporting and delivering enhancements and driving strategy with Oracle Sales Cloud platforms, Oracle CX cloud, Oracle CPQ, Eloqua, Oracle PRM, Oracle ERP2-3 years experience with Oracle Sales Cloud integrations with other sales platforms, various middlewaresIT Bachelor's degree or equivalentInternational experienceExperience in an international System Integrator company is a plusBasic SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsVery good presentations skillsAnalytical, and problem-solving skills are requiredVersed in work intake assessment, resource prioritization, delivery targets and strategyTechnical / Functional skillsExperience with Oracle Sales Cloud platform, Oracle cloud CX (Sales and Service), other CRMsKnowledge of Oracle ERP systemsExperience maintaining Functional Requirement DocumentationExcellent leadership and teamwork skillsProcess discipline and documentation skills essentialReady to move beyond own area of comfortAbility to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuationsKnowledge of ITIL v3 is preferredThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.OUR CORE PRINCIPLES: Safety.
