Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr

As an Oracle Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that drive meaningful transformation for our clients. These solutions will focus on multiple Oracle Cloud modules, primarily Financials, among others. By leading implementations with precision, you will ensure successful outcomes that align with client goals and business strategies.

This role is open to candidates across the United States.

• Coordinate partners and working groups engaged in project work;
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using Smartsheet;
• Meet with team members on a biweekly basis to forecast hours;
• Manage the budget continuously, comparing actuals to forecast to completion;
• Align project deliverables with the statement of work;
• Collaborate closely with the client PM and key users to ensure the project meets business needs;
• Record and manage project issues, escalating to the architect when necessary;
• Monitor project progress and performance;
• Foster a cooperative, motivated, and successful team;
• Liaise with and update the project steering committee on progress;
• Manage consultancy input within the defined budget;
• Oversee project evaluation and dissemination activities.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP project management;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations;
• Experience with flexible, innovative, and dynamic work environments;
• Excellent communication skills, including written, spoken and presentation abilities, with ability to communicate and interact with senior- and executive-level management and influence outcomes.
