What’s the Job?
- Lead the development and enhancement of complex ETL processes and data models within a data warehousing environment.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to offshore development teams, ensuring best practices and high‑quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize database performance and scalability, ensuring efficient processing of large datasets.
- Implement data quality and data protection standards across projects, ensuring compliance and security.
What’s Needed?
- Extensive experience with Oracle Database platforms, especially in large data domains related to HR, Finance, or Real Estate.
- 6+ years of Data Warehousing experience, including manipulation of millions of rows with optimal methods.
- Proficiency in SQL & PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems, shell scripting, Autosys, and version control tools like GIT or Bitbucket.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with offshore teams and stakeholders.
