Oracle OTM Consultant

We are looking for an Oracle OTM Techno Functional Consultant to design and implement seamless integrations across Oracle Cloud SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). You will play a pivotal role in bridging logistics, inventory, and order management processes to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM, OTM, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / SOA Suite.
• Develop custom adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data mapping for OTM interfaces (e.g., XML/GLog messages, transmission logs, carrier integrations).
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate complex supply chain and logistics business requirements into technical integration designs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve data synchronization issues, payload errors, and integration bottlenecks across SCM and OTM environments.
• Monitor automated integration flows, ensure high system availability, and maintain compliance with data security protocols.
• Maintain technical documentation, unit test plans, and deployment checklists for all integration components.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud integrations, specifically focused on SCM and OTM modules.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of core SCM (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement) and OTM (Shipment Management, Freight Settlement, Rates, Carrier Integration) processes.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic skills for tracing XML payloads, error handling, and performance tuning.
• Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical developers.
