Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Lead
Location: LA / CA – Hybrid – Hybrid – 50% travel to Irvine California (every other week)

Responsibilities
- Implement Oracle Cloud Time and Labor for a live Oracle Cloud Human Capital system along with planned implementation of Oracle ERP and EPM.
- Design and develop solution for Total Time Accounting as per Govt rules
- Identify and support changes to Core HR, Absence Mgmt and Oracle Payroll due to implementation of Oracle Time and Labor
- Has led multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor
- OTL Certification, Functional knowledge of time and labor business process and solution in Oracle Cloud, strong communication skills
- Fast formula knowledge – doesn’t need to know how to write them but should know how to troubleshoot and provide best solution
