Oracle NetSuite Consultant (REF:HUS) at Itps Delaware State

Position: Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant (Finance or Business Modules) Location: Mexico (Local Resource Preferred) Language: Native/Fluent Spanish / English (Chinese not required) Engagement: Contract / Freelance Onsite Requirement: Approximately 6 weeks onsite support during project implementation

Project Background Our client is a leading distributor of motorcycles and mobile phones in Mexico. Their sales channels mainly include local retail chains/supermarkets and Mercado Libre. The client has mature business and financial processes and is seeking an experienced local Oracle NetSuite consultant to support the implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Oracle NetSuite implementation and provide functional consulting support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
• Support business process design, system configuration, testing, user training, and go-live activities.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and project team members during onsite phases.
• Provide best practices and recommendations based on previous industry experience.

Requirements

• Must have hands-on experience as an Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant.
• Expertise in either: Finance Modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.) , or Business Modules (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Fluent Spanish, English communication skills; Mexico local resources strongly preferred.
• Availability for approximately 6 weeks of onsite support.
• Experience supporting distribution, wholesale, or retail businesses is preferred.
• Prior experience with Mercado Libre integration and/or working with local supermarket or retail chain customers is highly desirable.
• Strong requirement gathering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a freelance consulting capacity.

Preferred Experience

• Distribution or consumer electronics industry experience.
• Motorcycle, mobile phone, or FMCG distribution projects.
• E-commerce integration projects, especially Mercado Libre.
• Previous NetSuite implementations in Latin America or Mexico.
