Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle IAM Administrator to manage identity and access administration for Oracle Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OCI IAM, Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), RBAC, Oracle Cloud security, environment management, quarterly updates, and Oracle integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer user accounts, roles, role hierarchies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using OCI IAM/IDCS.
- Manage data roles, security profiles, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Perform periodic user access reviews to support SOX and audit compliance.
- Maintain application configurations using Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
- Review, test, and coordinate Oracle quarterly updates, patches, and environment refreshes (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Monitor ESS jobs, scheduled processes, concurrent request queues, and system performance.
- Manage FBDI templates, data loads, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot identity, security, and integration-related issues.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle IAM/Oracle Cloud administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with OCI IAM and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, SSO, MFA, security roles, and access management.
- Experience with Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly updates, patching, environment refreshes, and cloning.
- Knowledge of ESS jobs, FBDI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of SOX compliance and access governance.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
