You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and an additional module such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, or Payroll
- Experience configuring HCM business processes, workflows, approvals, and functional setups
- Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 HCM production support, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams such as Integration, DBA, or Security
- Knowledge of HR operations and data structures, including worker records, assignments, roles, and security
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science
Nice If You Have:
- Experience across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, or Recruiting
- Experience with HCM integrations, including HDL/FBL, HCM Extracts, REST or SOAP APIs, and integration platforms such as OIC, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft
- Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, issue resolution, and release management
- Knowledge of security architecture, including roles, privileges, data security, and audit considerations within Oracle HCM
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications such as Core HR, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or OTL
- Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
